STEP 1: Our first step is to sign up for our Orientation. This class is free!! The orientation class introduces you to our program and familiarizes you with the basic movements and gives you a mini workout.
Step 2: “Foundations” is a four week program that meets twice a week. This program begins the first week of every month and is designed as an introduction to our CrossFit program. It is an ideal program if you are new to CrossFit or have not been working out regularly. During this four week course, classes are devoted to teaching you the “foundations”: proper form, mechanics, skills training, and different workouts. You will learn how to perform different CrossFit exercises safely and effectively. Our goal is to also make you comfortable with these different exercises so, upon completion of this program, you can comfortably jump into a regular WOD (workout of the day) class without being intimidated or uncomfortable. The set class schedule also allows you to become a part of our supportive community by connecting with other new members.
Step 3: Finally you move on to our WOD (work out of the day). This is a high intensity class that can include any combination of aerobics, calisthenics, gymnastics, boxing, resistance training. It is always varied. Go to www.crossfit.com for a more detailed review of our work outs.
